What I Ate Today ~ 25 May

Hello blog readers! Today I thought I would share with you what I ate today. Since becoming vegan a few months ago, I have been interested in what other vegans ate in their day to get ideas as to what would help fuel my day in this lifestyle that's still quite new to me.

For breakfast this morning, I chucked a bunch of raw fruit into a bowl. (Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, kiwifruit, banana, and some passion fruit on top). There's nothing I love better in the morning than some fresh yummy fruit to wake me up. This may seem like a lot of fruit to most people, but it's perfect for me and keeps me full for a while. Fruit is great for energy levels, and works just like coffee to perk you right up! (Plus it's amazing for your skin)!



JUST LOOK AT THAT DELICIOUSNESS! I was basically in vegan heaven.

As a little snack around 2:30, I munched on some chips and hummus. Hummus is a great vegan protein source. This is one of my favorite snacks of all time!


Afternoon meal: The Most Amazing Pasta Salad In The World, cantaloupe, watermelon, and carrot sticks. SO GOOD.



Evening meal: pasta with tomato pasta sauce, avocado, and stir fry vegetables. This meal was sooooo yummy and was relatively quick and easy to make.

Twirling in a purple dress

Hello blog readers! I had such a lovely Sunday with my family. We went to an art fair today, and we stumbled across a Native American clothing and bag merchant. In his little shop, he had a few simply gorgeous dresses. All of them were handmade and made with organic materials. I tried on the purple one, and obviously fell in love. I am wearing a black bralette from Urban Outfitters underneath it and my Buddha necklace from @sevenstarsstore on Instagram. Here are a few photos featuring this beautiful dress.
